Q: Can I still use coins?
A: No, we’ve transitioned to a loyalty card system for all machines no more quarters!
Q: How do I get a loyalty card?
A: Two kiosks will be in the store that can dispense new cards.
Q: Is there a fee for the card?
A: Yes, there is a one-time fee of $2 for the card. However, if you provide your name, email, and phone number at sign-up, you’ll receive a bonus that covers the cost—making your first card free!
Q: What happens if I lose my loyalty my card?
A: If you registered your card at sign-up, you can recover your balance using the information you provided (name, email, or phone number). Simply use the kiosk to look up your account. Please note that a replacement card will require a new $1 card fee.
